Jaiden Takes a Bath

In addtion to crawling all over the house Jaiden has also become quite the expert when it comes to sitting up on her own (and standing with the aid of furniture).  The primary benefit of this to us, is that we were able to give away the little baby bath, and start letting Jaiden enjoy the tub … normally with her sister Jasmine … but since we’ve been in billeting, she’s had the tub all to herself.

Of course I had to get my camera out, so that we have a good supply of blackmail pictures when she gets older.

OMG!!! Jaiden is crawling

It’s way to soon for me that the baby is mobile.I want to keep her a baby for as long as i can but she keeps growing on me.Jaiden is now getting into everything.I laugh that she now can crawl to me crying to be picked up.She looks for me everywhere which makes it hard to do things at times when i need to get chores done.I know that it’s ok for her to cry but i just can’t help but to pick her up when she starts.She is the baby so i have to spoil her.

Baby’s 1st Luau

We went to a luau on Saturday.I had decided that a luau was one of the things i wanted to do as a family before we leave Hawaii.I know that we will be back one day but i still wanted to take the kids.We went to Paradise Cove in Ko Olina.We went with Danielle and her girls.We had lots of fun doing all the different activities and watching them bring in the fish and bring out the pig.It did rain for a little bit but it wasn’t too bad.Jaiden at first was being good but her patience ran out by the beginning of the show so i didn’t see much of it.Well at least i have the memories and if you want to see some good pictures checkout Todd’s flickr.
